The North Coast Agriculture Partners (NCAP) grant consortium is a newly formed partnership of 16 local high school districts, two community colleges, and over 50 major business industry partners organized and dedicated to helping students become college and career ready.
GOALS OF NCAP:
- To prepare students for high skill / high wage careers in the field of Agriculture
- To prepare students for career options upon graduation from high school
- To prepare students for career / college options that require a two year degree
- To prepare students for career / college options that require four year degree
Vision / Mission Statement
The vision of NCAP is to support, create and maintain engaging and relevant Agriscience curriculum and programs for our teachers and students. Students will be successful in postsecondary career and college through implementing industry partnerships, leadership opportunities, teacher collaboration and 21st century learning environments.
